
Shishito Peppers & Choucroute Garni
Finlay made it to Jimmy’s No.43, though they did not served their famous cassoulet everything was very nice yummy and friendly, beside sharing the Choucroute Garni sampler which had Boudin blanc, kielbasa, roast pork, sauerkraut and some intresteing relishes in between, we also had the Shishito Peppers with
lemon and sea salt which were not as spicy and very nice. with all of that said the main attraction on my end was the soft bread and olive oil – balsamic refill, and the Sixpoint Double Trouble draught, which tasted almost like a cold wine. we also had the Frere Furmont cheese plate for dessert, the Sheep’s milk with apple and honey was very nice.
