Making your own bread crumbs is prob the best thing that you can do to anything that you would cover with them, the recipe is a very simple process, and the options that it opens are unlimited.

Ingredients:

5 peaces of bread [I am using whole wheat bread, but even white bread would do the job]
Method:

1. cut the bread in to 1 inch cubes

2. push the cubes through the shredded disk of your food processor.

3. transfer the crumbs into a large flat pan coved with baking sheet.

4. baked in a preheated 300F oven for 8 min, making sure to give the pan a few shakes while the baking (one or two should be enough)

5. You can choose to season the crumbs now or keep that for when you use them, this crumbs would last for at least 6 month.
