Classic Italian garnishing, traditionally I think that it was mainly served with osso buco, but I can see how this level of freshness can add to many other dishes as well.
Grated rind of 1 lemon.
Grated rind of 1 orange.
2 garlic cloves, minced.
2 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped.
Simply mix it all and sprinkle over your food.
